These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shapefit online store ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact matches due to screen differences.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may cancel or refuse any order due to:

If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Cooling-Off Rights (CPA Compliance)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel eligible online purchases within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy conditions.

Shapefit products are designed for aesthetic and support purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific body-shaping results. Use of our products is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizing selection

  • Discomfort caused by improper use

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, images, text, branding) belongs to Shapefit and may not be used without permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

12. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Verify customer identity before processing orders

  • Cancel transactions flagged as high risk

Fraudulent transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
