This Shipping Policy outlines how Shapefit ("we", "us", "our") processes and delivers orders within South Africa.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day

During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be longer
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders if fraud or payment issues are suspected.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted courier partners to deliver your order.
Estimated delivery times:

Outlying areas: 8-12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
It is your responsibility to monitor the delivery status using the tracking link provided.

6. Risk & Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Proof of delivery from the courier company will be considered sufficient evidence of delivery.
7. Delays & Courier Issues
We are not liable for delays caused by:

Public holidays or strikes

Events beyond our control
However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@shapefit.co.za

Provide your order number and supporting photos (if damaged)
We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution where appropriate.
9. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Customer unavailability

Refusal to accept delivery
You may be required to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery.
10. International Shipping
We currently only ship within South Africa.
